My boss has asked me to make my personal SWOT analysis and transmit. I know this is, as you know, want to manage the best people. I do not know if I feel it is personal. What do you think?

If your boss asks you this and that, what kind of message sent to your boss?
At any time you can communicate with your boss, use it as an opportunity to "make" yourself, your achievements, ambition and passion for what you do.
Things that are successful in your personal life, even for your life. Take the opportunity to "Blow Your Horn himself.
Use it to his own advantage. If it makes no difference, not to go there. You can use your colleagues for more than one voice chat, so to speak. Be wiser than he.
